Refund Policy
1. Refund requests within 14 days
You can request a refund of a CoursePro charge within 14 days of the date you were charged. This includes the first charge after a free trial and each monthly or yearly renewal.
Each request is reviewed case by case, together with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which makes the final decision. A request made within the window is not approved automatically.
We usually approve a refund when CoursePro did not work as described or you could not use it because of a problem on our side, or when you were charged in error or more than once. If a charge was made without your permission, contact us and your bank.
Refunds are not available for charges more than 14 days old, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
2. Forgetting to cancel
Not canceling before a free trial ends, or before a renewal date, is not on its own a reason for a refund. As you agree at checkout, your subscription starts when the trial ends and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing or at paddle.net.
This section does not limit the legal rights described in Section 3.
3. Your legal rights
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your first payment, including the first charge after a free trial, and receive a full refund, even if you forgot to cancel. This right generally does not cover later renewal payments.
Wherever you live, nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including when the service is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
4. Charges made before this policy
Charges made before October 25, 2026 keep the policy in place when you paid: a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the charge.
5. How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles refunds. Request a refund at paddle.net, where you can look up your order with the email address you used, or email support@canvaspro.app with that email address and the date of the charge and we will pass it to Paddle.
Tell us briefly why you are asking; it helps us review your request quickly. Paddle may decline a request that shows signs of fraud or abuse of this policy.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show it.
6. Free trial and canceling
The 14-day free trial costs nothing. Cancel before it ends, in Settings → Billing, and you will not be charged at all.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling on its own does not refund an earlier charge; to ask for one, request a refund within the window above.
7. Questions
Email support@canvaspro.app with any question about a charge. Our Terms of Use (Section 8) describe subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation in full.
